Study in Australia from Bangladesh
Australia rewards students who think independently and want practical, career-ready skills. See how life, work and funding look for an international student, then choose from 31 universities supported by The Impact Global Consultant (IGC).

Why Australia
A country built for independent learners
Australian universities encourage creativity and independent thinking. You learn to solve real problems, work in teams and present your ideas, which is exactly what employers look for.
That approach helps graduates compete for jobs at home and abroad, and it is one reason Australia stays near the top of Bangladeshi students’ shortlists.
- Quality of lifeA safe country with high living standards and a friendly, relaxed culture.
- MulticulturalismSydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are home to people from every part of the world.
- Climate and outdoorsMostly sunny weather, mild winters and beaches and trails for every weekend; the inland is hotter.
Working while you study
Part-time work and life after graduation
International students can usually work part-time during their studies and full-time in scheduled breaks. Students commonly take roles in retail, hospitality and administration to help with living costs.
After graduation, eligible students can apply for a post-study work visa, and for some that experience leads toward permanent residence. Eligibility depends on your course, qualification and the rules in force when you finish.

Which Australian cities are popular with international students?
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are the most multicultural cities and attract large student communities, while regional campuses offer a quieter and often cheaper way to study.
